We Promote and Support
the Future of Agriculture Education
The future of modern agriculture is largely dependent on the talent that is groomed and educated to take on the task of feeding a global population. We believe in the future of our youth in agriculture and as such we are proud alumni members of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and are also advocates of the National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE).
In that spirit, AgriFind Executive Search built and donated a website to the Pierce County FFA chapter in southeastern Georgia. The local FFA chapter and agricultural education had been in decline some years back due to numerous budgetary challenges. Students and parents found themselves having to fight to rebuild the program, get access to limited resources and gain public support.
The website provided a way for the student members to both display the work they do, the local ag community and gain valuable public relations skills at the same time. Once the website was launched, local alumni members also quickly created a Facebook page and the Pierce County FFA is now a proud and viable part of the Pierce County school system.
We believe that by supporting and promoting agricultural education, we are participants in planting seeds of promise, growth and leadership in today's youth. Modern agriculture and agribusiness is becoming increasingly complex. Today's youth need a broader education in order to understand these complexities and determine what education and career goals they need to establish prior to high school graduation.
We encourage anyone involved in the business of agriculture to assist in promoting agricultural education in the communities they live and work in.
